Provide sales, customer Help Desk and technical support for Total Shop Manager, an auto repair shop point of sale program.  Responsible for development and implementations the Help Files and manual for the program using Microsoft Office Developer Edition, as well as the design, layout and construction and publication of the Total Shop Manager website and trade show advertisements..  January, 1999 - January, 2003.

Technical Support

Participated in the Common Desktop Services (CDS) workstation “Production Turnover” project.  Duties involved client contact, problem solving, opening/investigating/closing problem records, hardware and software inventory tracking.  Technical skills involved remote site access using Timbuktu, inventory database search and maintenance on Infoman, mainframe and spreadsheet report generation and analysis.  1997.

Provincial recommended medical billing system required Accucobol maintenance programming for changes due to MSP specifications.  Activities also involved client inquiries and investigation regarding hardware and software problems, Windows95, Xenix, DOS environment, data transmission and MSP billing.  1996 - 1997.

Daily working environment involved Lotus Suite on Windows 95 platform.  Practiced data-modeling design using E-Rwin for PowerBuilder to outline Harvest Planning System.  Maintained and enhanced in-house MOSS-link (mills operating system) queries, forms, and reports using Access 2.0 & 7 and SQL-Server.  Designed and implemented department financial budget workbooks using Lotus 1-2-3 with account sheets DDE linked to forecast and summary sheets,  Macros incorporated to file transfer data to/from Focus general ledger and linked to appropriate sheets.  1996.
