| Jigs n' Reels: Well, well, well - it's less than a year and I'm updating the website already! No, h*ll has not frozen over ... but oddly enough Phil and Dave are working together on a project. So stranger things HAVE happened! I decided to try a new format and please ... let me know what you think! Thanks to Trevor for his wonderful graphic creations and endless patience in answering any questions beginning with "How" or according to Trevor "Why ... me?"! | ||

| Mr.
Dress Up Finds New "Casey"!
Phil aka Mr. Dress Up has found himself a new sidekick with Dave! Together they are researching the effectiveness of parenting groups where Dave works. For those of you who had the misfortune of missing the events surrounding the origin of Phil's nickname ... let me take you back: the scene is the Science Building at MUN. Phil and assorted other Psych majors were discussing how to properly write a paper concerning children as subjects. One person suggested they be referred to as "boys and girls" to which Phil replied: "What do you think this is Mr. Dress Up/Sesame Street?" Of course, the fact Phil was going through a phase where his clothes looked like they came straight from the Tickle Trunk did not help matters (green cords, anyone?). As well, it just so happened that the REAL "Mr. Dress Up" was coming to town ... and posters of him and Phil managed to find their way onto strategically placed bulletin boards throughout the Science Building. The rest as they say is history. |

Engagement: Congratulations
are in order for the newest set of soon-to-be Newlyweds! Mark
got down on one knee on Valentine's Day to propose to Lynn.
Shortly after the proposal, in a rather genius move - Mark requested 1 week of "No Talk Of Wedding Plans". I was fortunate enough to be the outlet for all the wedding talk with the Bride-to-Be! Lynn informed me that the wedding would take place in Alberta or British Columbia late summer/early fall 2005. I will be reporting from the chosen location with the inside scoop as I have been asked to be in the wedding party and I accepted ... but only on one condition - there will be no mention of me wearing Daffodil Yellow. Much happiness to you both! |

good news is that Mark did eventually get the feeling back in his leg
after waiting and waiting ... for the crying, laughing and hugging to
cease long enough for Lynn to finally say "YES"!
